The Haseaf platform is provided by Haseaf ("we", "us"). By using the platform you enter into an agreement with us and accept these terms; continuing to use it means you accept them.

The service

Haseaf is a digital learning platform offering practice tests, question files, articles and a leaderboard to help you prepare for the General Aptitude Test. The content is for practice and does not represent the official test questions.

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for any activity on your account.
• If you are under the legal age, a parent or guardian must agree to your use of the platform.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for anything unlawful, for fraud or harassment, to infringe intellectual property, to interfere with the platform's security (such as malware, unauthorised scanning or automated data collection), or to resell or republish the content.

Intellectual property

The platform, its software, content and brand remain our property. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them within your plan.

Payments and plans

Purchases are handled by our partner Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides payment-related customer service and handles returns. Payments, invoices, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's buyer terms and our refund policy.

Service level

We aim to provide a stable service but cannot guarantee it will run without interruption or errors. The platform is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the previous six months, without affecting any rights the law gives you.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated violations.
